Become one of the few to experience this amazing opportunity. Mabuasehube, meaning “red sands”, was once the home of the San people, forming part of the Kalahari Desert. This vast sand mass will leave you pondering…. the true Kalahari. “Shoot” lion with your camera and watch out for the Hyena at the camp! Our adventure takes us from Zeerust along the A2 Trans Kalahari Highway a little village Kokostha, where we will leave the tar for some time. After deflating tyres we will start the fun. Our campsite is rustic, unfenced, and do not have electricity or running water. We will follow the Boso 4×4 trail to Nossob and through the Gemsbok Park to our end destination at Two rivers camp. Enroute we will wildcamp on isolated pans, visit the southerly section of the Kagalagadi Transfontier Park and soak-up the dreams of Mabuasehube. This is as wild as you can get. Truly one of the last wilderness adventures!
